Magenta srl is a partner of the project SY 4.0 – Smartyard.
The project transforms the traditional building site into a production process with innovative organisational and management models, following the Industry 4.0 approach. In this new approach machines can communicate with the operator and his personal protective equipment, with the site management and with each other.
This evolution turns the building site into a smart factory, through a system of multidisciplinary skills dedicated to studying, developing and using innovative devices and software to pursue the following production goals:
- Improved resource economy
- Improved process organisation and operator safety
- Rationalisation of actions and qualification of production process information
- Improved information management
To reach these goals, data-driven methodologies are used, based on information systems for the acquisition, collection and analysis of field data.
SY4.0 is co-funded by the RSI call of Regione Toscana POR CREO 2014/2020 – Action 1.1.5 sub-action a1) – Call 1 Strategic research and development projects, approved with Decreto Dirigenziale n. 7165 of 24-05-2017, amended by Decreto Dirigenziale n. 7429 of 31-05-2017.
